Our Ministry
Our Mission:
To live a daily life of faith in Messiah Yeshua (Christ Jesus) by preparing ourselves and seeking for His "Scattered Sheep" and helping them to return to the Father YHVH, and walk out His "Original" teaching and instruction (Torah) by the power of the Holy Spirit, as we await His soon return. (Jer. 16: 14-16)
Who Are We?
In short, we are a community of believers in Yeshua the Messiah endeavoring to rediscover the Hebraic roots of our faith (as modeled by the first-century – “New Testament” – believers) who practice a Torah-obedient lifestyle with the joy, power and gifts of the Ruach haKodesh (Holy Spirit).
We believe that a great move of the Almighty YHVH (God-Elohim) is afoot on the earth today bringing about “the restoration of all things” before Messiah can return (Acts 3:21). This involves the Jews coming to know Messiah Yeshua – the Living Torah – and Christians returning to YHVH’s instructions in righteousness – the Written Torah, and all "WhoSoEver Will" people of the Nations that choose to believe in Yeshua, becoming one in Yeshua the Messiah who was and is the Torah (Word) of God made flesh.
We are one of thousands of local fellowship groups, from all around the world, who have similar convictions and recognize that YHVH is gathering His people for the work that needs to be done before Yeshua returns.
What We Believe...
- We believe that YHVH (Yahweh-LORD) is one true Elohim (God) who has created all things.
- We believe there is one Elohim (monotheistic) eternally existent from everlasting to everlasting; and that He manifests Himself through Yeshua (His only begotten Son) our Messiah, and is ever present by His Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit).
- We believe that the TaNaKh (Old Testament) and Brit Chadasha (New Testament) are the divinely inspired Word of YHVH and is complete and sufficient for our instruction.
- We believe that YHVH revealed His Sacred Name in Scripture so that we could know and use His Name. While there are many "gods" referred to by their names, we proclaim that YHVH is the eternal Creator Elohim (God) who alone is supreme King of the Universe and creator of Heaven and Earth and all that is in them; and that YHVH is the God of Israel, and the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob... and that referring to him as YHVH is a distinction that identifies Him as the one being referred to as the only true God most high... El Shaddai.
- We believe that Talmud, Kabbalah, and other non-Scriptural writings are not divinely inspired and do not carry equal weight and authority as Scripture.
- We believe that knowing the culture, language, idioms and people who penned the Scripture is imperative to understanding the Brit Chadasha.
- We believe YHVH's Holy Torah teaches us the proper way to live a redemptive life style and that Torah was never abolished.
- We believe in the deity of Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah) and that He is YHVH (God) in the flesh, who was born of a Virgin, lived a sinless Torah-observant life as "Son of Man," and performed many miracles.
- We believe that salvation is by grace through faith, and that only by the shedding of the innocent blood of Yeshua is there remission of sins.
- We believe that Yeshua was resurrected and ascended to heaven to sit at the right hand of YHVH (Yahweh-Elohim-God).
- We believe Yeshua will return one day to reunite the two houses of Israel, to effect the New Covenant, to reclaim the full borders of the land of Israel for His people, and to establish a 1,000 year Messianic Kingdom on earth.
- We believe the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) ministers, guides, comforts, and empowers members of the body of Yeshua to live the life to which they have been called.
- We believe that gentiles (people from the nations) who are born again by faith in Yeshua are not obligated to convert to Judaism because YHVH has already grafted them into Israel's Olive Tree, thereby making gentiles fellow heirs and partakers in His covenants with Israel. We believe those in Judaism, who have not received Yeshua as Savior, likewise need to be Saved by their taking Yeshua as their Savior just the same as any other person. This is not about "Christianity," or "Judaism," it is about faith in the person of Yeshua (the God of Israel) that is what matters most.
