All the Brochures on this page
are formatted for printing Duplex with 8.5 x 11 landscape orientation...
in order to make fold over Article Brochures. The exception is the Web
Flyer, which is 8.5 x 14 legal size for making a three-fold, two sided
brochure. Tracts (small handouts) are similar but with more than one on one
page, which will require trimming (a paper cutter works best). You simply print the PDF file; and if you print it on
both sides, using duplex mode, on suitable printers with duplex print
capabilities, the only thing you need to do is organize the pages after
printing to see that they are in the right order. Then you simply fold the
set and you are done... we normally staple the folded sets... which is
easier with a long reach stapler.
If you do not have duplex print capabilities, simply print every other page, i.e., Odd pages first and Even pages next, and then flip the printed pages and run them through again... to print on other side, using the Even pages (if you printed the Odd pages first). You will need to note the "up-down" or "top-bottom" flip position on second print pass to make sure you do not print it upside down on one side. You may find small groups are easier to run (on most small printers), such as 8 or 10 sets, as some printers need watched so that paper jams and ink or toner issues are not problems. Your other option is to email the files to a local commerical printer, or take a CD or flash drive to a commercial printer.
